Code Of Conduct

* Our ultimate purpose is to present true and accurate information to the public through means such as the Internet, meetings and investigations.

* At all times our commitment to the research will supersede any personal or religious complications.

* ParaSC will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries or damage to any person or equipment at anytime while participating in any investigations. No one under 18 will be able to go on investigations; however you will have all other benefits of membership.

* There maybe times when the number of people will be limited for an investigation, and there maybe times when an investigation is a spur of the moment opportunity. This is not an intentional act to exclude anyone from these investigations. Sometimes, the property owner will set rules that we will have to follow in order to complete an investigation. We will try to rotate all members so they can participate in investigations.

* All Team members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and serious manner, especially around Clients, their Residences or Businesses. Remember, your actions represent and reflect on the entire investigating team.

* We do not condone individual unofficial investigations. If you were to do an investigation on your own, you may get hurt and we would not be around to help you. Also we would not be able to validate your findings and therefore all evidence will be disregarded. Always go in a group.

* Anyone who decides to go out on their own and breaks the law in any manner will be held responsible for their own actions. Any individual who breaks this rule will not be affiliated with and or use Paranormal South Carolina's name. We do not condone any criminal behavior.

* During an investigation, the Investigation Leaders will be charged with the following:

* They will have the responsibility to ensure that the rules are followed. Members who violate the rules may face exclusion from the investigation in order to preserve our professionalism on site.

*They will be required to end an investigation prematurely when health, safety or other situations deem it necessary.

*There will be the spokesman for the group to clients, groups and media.

*They will coordinate investigations and formulate plans for investigation sites, utilizing all persons and equipment when possible.

* No trespassing on private property. Respect any and all “No Trespassing " signs that maybe posted. If you don't have permission, do not enter.

* No Alcohol or Drugs before or during an investigation.

* No Smoking during an investigation. If you smoke you can take a "Smoke" break in an area that won't affect any photographs being taken. You will also need to find an area that will not offend the home or business owner.

* All team members are responsible for anything that they bring with them. Do not leave trash behind, always take it with you this includes cigarette butts.

* When you are at a client's home or business or anywhere for that matter, you must be respectful of all property. Vandalism will not be tolerated.

* Keep Identification on you at all times.

* Please be respectful to your fellow team members. Remember we are all here for the same reason, to investigate the paranormal.
